How to reach us, how to report a security issue, and where to start when you connect Solomon to an AI assistant.
For help with the Solomon apps, your account, billing, sync, or the Solomon connector for AI assistants, write to david@pnthn.ai.
So we can help quickly, include:
Never send a password, an agent key, or a recovery code by email. We will never ask for one.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Solomon, the sync service, or the hosted MCP server at https://app.lomon.dev/api/mcp, email david@pnthn.ai with the subject “Security report”. Please report it privately rather than in a public issue or post, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you disclose it.
Include what you found, the steps to reproduce it, and what an attacker could do with it. Test only against your own account and vaults, and stop as soon as you can show the problem; do not access, change or keep other people's data.
If you think an agent key of yours has leaked, revoke it yourself first at app.lomon.dev/keys, then tell us.
Solomon has a hosted MCP server, so an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can search, read and write the notes in your synced vaults when you allow it. By default an assistant's edits are proposals: they wait in a review queue until you accept or reject them in Solomon, and nothing in your notes changes until you do.
The Privacy Policy explains what Pantheon AI LLC collects, what it does not, and who processes it, including what happens when you give an AI assistant access to a vault. To export or delete your data, or to close your account, write to david@pnthn.ai.
The Terms of Service govern your use of Solomon and the hosted service.
The Solomon docs cover the apps, vaults, sync, Bases and publishing. Plans and their limits are on the pricing page.
